This privacy policy applies to the NeuraFOIL app, hereby referred to as the "Application", for mobile devices. The Application was created as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application does not obtain any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.
NeuraFOIL is an educational airfoil analysis app for iPhone and iPad. It uses an on-device Core ML model to estimate aerodynamic quantities from values entered by the user, such as NACA airfoil code, angle of attack, and Reynolds number.
Airfoil inputs and model predictions are processed locally on your device. The Application does not send airfoil inputs, model predictions, or exported results to a server.
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.
If you export or share results, the file is created on your device and shared only through the destination you choose using Apple's system share sheet.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages children to never submit personally identifiable information through the Application and/or services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's app and Internet usage and to instruct their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or services without permission.
If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application and/or services, please contact the Service Provider at violins.63-overdub@icloud.com so the necessary actions can be taken. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country. In some countries, a parent or guardian may consent on your behalf.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, since the Application does not collect any information, there is no personal data collected by the Application to access or disclose.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
